Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

An unboxing video showing the package opening from start to finish is mandatory for both refunds and returns to validate claims of damage, defect, or missing items.

Orders without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for a refund or return.

2. Refund Policy

You may request a refund if:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival (verified via unboxing video).

You received the wrong product or size.

Your order is incomplete or missing items (shown in the unboxing video).

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days after product inspection and approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
