Shipping & Delivery Policy – CMETO

At CMETO, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping and delivery terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping (where available).

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping is available on orders above Rs.999/-

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

You can track your shipment through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

5. Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of placing your order.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to us.

In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video from the moment you open the package is mandatory for claims.

Without a valid unboxing video, claims for damage or missing items will not be accepted.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship to USA, Canada, UAE.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

International deliveries may take longer depending on customs clearance.
